    The stretch pouch material is laminated with elastic and stretches for a comfortable fit from wrist to elbow. The back strap also stretches and therefore allows the arm to move slightly when you walk and move dramatically reducing pressure on the neck muscle caused by ordinary slings.  It's perfect for strains, sprains and temporary arm injuries requiring a sling for a few short days. No other sling in it's price range competes for fit, comfort and overall customer satisfaction.
